• The solution to dilute the enzymes should be freshly prepared before use.
• Enzymes samples should be kept on ice to avoid loss of enzymes activity.
• The dilutions of enzymes should be prepared in assay buffer only.
• Clean glass tubes, microtips, and pipettes without any detergent residue should be used.
• Every experiment should be done in triplicate at a time.
• The fresh microtips or glass pipettes should be used for pipetting.
• Labeling should be done using permanent glass marker.
